Freedomsmith delivers and installs each device. Far more important, we ensure that the client is comfortable and can use the equipment safely and effectively.

Some devices have dozens or even hundreds of possible adjustments to ensure comfort, mobility, and ease of use through a full range of daily activities.

Freedomsmith will:

  • Deliver and install the device
  • Perform all anatomical adjustments to fit the device to the client
  • Provide customized complex rehabilitation technology solutions
  • Integrate Engstrom Concept seating and performance adaptations
  • Train the client for proficiency in device functions and safe operation

Before, during, and after receiving equipment, we support our clients to ensure that their device fits smoothly into their lives.

Prior to receiving the device, we work with the manufacturer, the funding source, and the care provider to coordinate and complete all required paperwork.


In addition, we work extensively with the Veteran’s Affairs (VA) to support American veterans, and with private, public, and non-profit entities to assist people in need.

After the client receives their equipment, we provide personalized support to ensure that the device continues to function flawlessly.

Freedomsmith will:

  • Provide ongoing equipment maintenance, repair, and updates
  • Perform follow-up anatomical adjustments and necessary modifications based on usage profiles and changes in condition
